Online Shop Terms

§1 General provisions

These terms set out the rules for using the TrueMaterials online shop, placing orders, making payments and fulfilling product deliveries.

§2 Seller details

The seller is:

• Orders can be placed through the shop website.
• The customer is obliged to provide accurate data.
• Placing an order means acceptance of these terms.

§4 Prices and payments

• All prices are quoted in EUR or PLN.
• Prices include VAT where required.
• Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

§5 Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Delivery time depends on the country of delivery and the chosen shipping method.

§6 Returns

Due to the individual nature of each order, every piece of furniture is made to the Customer's individual order, according to their specifications, dimensions, selected materials, colours and other arrangements regarding the fulfilment of the order. Therefore, in cases specified by applicable law, the Customer is not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days if the subject of the contract is non prefabricated furniture made according to the Customer's specifications or intended to meet their individual needs. The above limitation does not exclude the Customer's rights arising from regulations concerning the non conformity of goods with the contract.

§7 Complaints

Complaints about purchased products can be submitted electronically to the shop's contact address.

§8 Final provisions

The seller reserves the right to amend these terms. Amendments do not affect rights acquired by customers before their introduction.
